Igaro himself has been a Miami resident for nine years and is familiar with a wide variety of South Florida neighborhoods. Which includes Miami Beach, North Beach, and Sunny Isles in Dade County.
Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale in Broward County, and Boca Raton in Palm Beach County. He is also well-versed in surrounding residential locales and has in-depth knowledge of home styles, types of architecture, proximity to business and entertainment districts, and other major considerations when purchasing, leasing, or investing in a home, condominium, or high-end apartment. "Everything is possible here since South Florida has a large urban city atmosphere matched with a tropical paradise and a global population filled with beautiful residents and neighbors," Igaro explains.
In addition to his Florida Real Estate License, Igaro also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and an M.B.A. which he completed within a year through an accelerated program while traveling full-time in his previous career. His prior career successes include the international scouting of two Victoria's Secret models ' Gizele Oliveira and Bruna Lirio, both of whom he was a key team member that launched their careers to a USA audience. He has spent more than 16 years in Sales and Marketing on an international scale and has proven himself effective at representing clients to achieve their goals. Originally from Vitoria, Brazil, Igaro relocated to Boston, Massachusetts when he was six years old.
He then moved to Boca Raton during his college years before returning north to Westchester County, New York where he spent three years working in Manhattan. He spent his summers competing in regattas in Westport, Connecticut and other parts of New York and Fairfield County, Connecticut. He also enjoys the sport of bodybuilding and is working towards becoming a professional physique bodybuilder. In addition to his native fluency in Portuguese, Igaro speaks fluent English and Spanish and is studying Japanese in the hopes of becoming a polyglot and crossing an Asian language off his bucket list.
