Before real estate, Goncalves built careers in fashion and fitness. As a model agent and international scout in New York, he worked with leading agencies including Elite Model Management and Wilhelmina Models. The role took him abroad to open doors with new agency partners and to earn the confidence of families sending their sons and daughters to pursue high fashion modeling careers in the United States and beyond. He later founded a fitness consultancy serving celebrity clientele, where privacy and personalized attention were essential. Many of the relationships he built in those years have continued into his real estate practice, where he applies the same instincts: recognizing potential, building trust across borders, and protecting the discretion his clients expect.
Goncalves holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and an MBA in Media Management and Mass Communications. Having traveled to more than 40 countries, he brings a global perspective and appreciation for architecture, art, interiors, and design.
