This page describes how realtoriggy.com handles information.
What this site collects
This site has no cookies, no analytics script and no advertising pixel, and it keeps one thing in your browser, only if you ask it to. If you tap the heart on a home, your browser remembers that home's web address so you can find it again in your Saved list. That list stays on your device. When you open it, your browser asks this site for those homes, so their web addresses reach the server the same way any page address does; nothing is stored about you, and nothing is linked to your name. You can remove homes from the list, or clear this site's data in your browser, at any time. If you only read these pages, the only record of your visit is the ordinary server request log kept by the host, which contains the requesting address, the page requested and the time.
The two forms, and what happens when you use one
This site has a contact form and a newsletter signup. Neither collects anything unless you fill it in and send it.
What is sent is what you typed: for the contact form, your name and email address, your telephone number if you give it, and your message; for the newsletter, your email address. Alongside it we record whether you ticked the consent box, the exact wording of the consent you were shown, the version of that wording, the time, and the network address you sent it from.
That record is kept as evidence of your consent. The message is emailed to Iggy and stays with his correspondence. The copy held by the email delivery service is deleted automatically after thirty days.
The newsletter is a mailing list, and signing up adds your address to it: the address is sent to Iggy, who keeps the list of people who asked for his market notes. Sending the contact form does not add you to it. You can leave the list at any time by replying to any of his emails or by writing to him.
When you call, write or message
If you telephone, email or message Iggy on WhatsApp, what you send is handled as ordinary correspondence about real estate. It is not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with an advertising network. A WhatsApp message also passes through WhatsApp, under its own privacy policy.

Records and communications connected to a real estate transaction are subject to record keeping obligations under Florida law, which can limit what may be deleted.
