What this site collects
This site has no cookies, no analytics script and no advertising pixel, and it stores nothing in your browser. If you only read these pages, the only record of your visit is the ordinary server request log kept by the host, which contains the requesting address, the page requested and the time.
The two forms, and what happens when you use one
This site has a contact form and a newsletter signup. The contact form opens from the Contact button on the homepage and appears on the contact page and under the questions on several pages; the newsletter signup is at the foot of every page. Neither collects anything unless you fill it in and send it.
What is sent is what you typed: for the contact form, your name and email address, your telephone number if you give it, and your message; for the newsletter, your email address. Alongside it we record whether you ticked the consent box, the exact wording of the consent you were shown, the version of that wording, the time, and the network address you sent it from.
That record is kept because federal telephone consumer protection rules put the burden of proving consent on whoever sent a message, and the only honest way to meet that burden later is to have kept what you were actually shown at the time. The message is emailed to Iggy and stays with his correspondence. The copy held by the service that delivers it is deleted automatically after thirty days.
The newsletter is a mailing list, and signing up adds your address to it: the address is sent to Iggy, who keeps the list of people who asked for his market notes. Sending the contact form does not add you to it. You can leave the list at any time by replying to any of his emails or by writing to him.
When you call or write
If you telephone or email Iggy, what you send is handled as ordinary correspondence about real estate. It is not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with an advertising network.

You may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected].
Records and communications connected to a real estate transaction are subject to record keeping obligations under Florida law, which can limit what may be deleted.
